Frequently Asked Questions
What file types do you accept?
We accept .3MF, STL, STEP, and OBJ, files. If you’re unsure whether your file will work, you can upload it and we’ll review it before production.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on actual production requirements, including:
Print time
Material usage (by weight)
Post-processing requirements
You’ll receive a final price for approval before anything is printed. Nothing moves forward without your confirmation.
Is there an upfront cost?
Yes. A non-refundable processing deposit is charged when you submit your design. This covers file review, manufacturability analysis, and quoting.
The remaining balance is only charged after you approve the final price.
Why can’t you give instant pricing?
Every part is different. Factors like geometry, orientation, supports, tolerances, and material choice all affect cost.
We price based on real manufacturing data, not estimates — this ensures accuracy and fairness.
How long does production take?
Typical timelines:
File review & pricing: 1–2 business days
Production: 2–5 business days after approval
Shipping: Varies by location and shipping method
Rush options may be available depending on capacity.
What materials do you offer?
We offer a range of materials suitable for prototypes and functional parts. Available materials are shown during the upload process. If you need a specific material, mention it in your submission notes.
Can you help fix or modify my design?
Minor adjustments for printability may be suggested.
For major design changes, we’ll contact you before proceeding and may recommend design services.
What if my part arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or does not match the approved specifications, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll review the issue and work with you on a replacement or resolution.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before production begins.
Once manufacturing has started, orders cannot be canceled due to the custom nature of the work.
Do you share or reuse uploaded files?
No. Your files are used only for fulfilling your order and are handled securely. We do not sell, share, or reuse customer designs.
