1. Services

3DChum provides custom manufacturing and 3D printing services based on customer-submitted design files and specifications. All products are made to order.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You agree that:

You own or have legal rights to all files you upload

Your designs do not infringe on intellectual property rights, trademarks, or patents

Your designs do not violate any laws or regulations

You are solely responsible for the content and legality of submitted files.

3. File Review & Manufacturing Approval

All orders are subject to:

Manufacturability review

Material and production assessment

Final price confirmation

Production will not begin until you approve the final pricing and production timeline.

4. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on:

Actual print time

Material usage

Production complexity

Post-processing requirements

A processing deposit may be charged at submission and applied toward the final price.

Full payment is required before manufacturing begins.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Because all products are custom-made:

Orders cannot be refunded or canceled once production begins

Deposits are non-refundable

Refunds are only issued for manufacturing defects or errors caused by 3DChum

6. Manufacturing Tolerances & Limitations

3D printing is a manufacturing process with inherent tolerances. Minor variations in:

Surface finish

Color

Dimensions

Strength

Do not constitute defects.

We do not guarantee fitness for any specific application, structural, mechanical, or safety-critical use.

7. Prohibited Uses

Our services may not be used to manufacture:

Illegal items

Regulated or restricted products

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your design files.
You grant 3DChum a limited, non-exclusive license to use your files solely for manufacturing and order fulfillment purposes.

All website content, branding, and service materials are the property of 3DChum.

9. Limitation of Liability

3DChum is not liable for:

Design flaws in customer-submitted files

Product failure due to improper design or usage

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of profits or business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3DChum from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

Your uploaded files

Your use of manufactured products

Violations of these Terms

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which 3DChum operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
