At 3DChum, all products are custom-manufactured based on customer-submitted files and specifications. Because each order is made to order, shipping timelines reflect both production and delivery time.


Order Processing Time

All orders are reviewed for manufacturability, material selection, and production requirements before printing begins.

Processing & Production Time:
Most orders are produced within 1–3 business days after customer approval of the final price and production timeline.

More complex or large-volume orders may require additional production time. If this applies, you will be notified before manufacturing begins.


Shipping Time & Methods

Once your order is completed, it will be shipped using a tracked shipping service.

Estimated Shipping Time:

  • Domestic (USA): 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before completing your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping price.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
3DChum is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and determine an appropriate solution.
